Return and Replacement Policy

At www.adunooris.com (referred to as Adunooris hereafter), we believe in always trying hard to delight our customers. Our return policies are created with you in mind and ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way.

Replacement

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

In case the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been sent, we will replace the order for you. Please follow the following instructions:

Please submit a request for return/replacement within 3 days of receiving the goods via our website or via email at care@adunooris.com. Your request/email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you with photos.
Do not ship any product/s back to Adunooris before receiving a confirmation email from Adunooris confirming the return shipment.
Please retain all packaging materials and product/s. All defective products are to be returned to Adunooris in their original condition and original packaging, with invoice included and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
Please note that Adunooris shall verify the details of defects/variations of the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of your emails.

Shipping

All shipping costs of returning the product/s to Adunooris are to be borne by the customer. Safe receipt of returned product/s by Adunooris is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Adunooris shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for such defects/variations as reported by the customer, and ensure that remedial steps are taken immediately.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Adunooris will offer to make any necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.

Refund

Adunooris will refund the paid amount only if the order was damaged prior to delivery, faulty or if a wrong order was sent.

No refund will be given by Adunooris if the order was delivered in accordance with the color and size selections of the customer while placing the order.

In case the error is found to be due to Adunooris, the product can be replaced or the amount refunded, at the discretion of Adunooris.

What is the mode of refund against cancellation?

A refund is made to the same source by which the payment was done. We may also transfer the amount to your bank account.

Partial Refunds:

In the case of a multi-product order, if for any reason Adunooris is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer will be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Adunooris shall agree to either provide store credit (to be used for future purchases on Adunooris), or refund the amount for that particular product/s. The decision to provide a refund lies at the discretion of Adunooris.

Cancellation:

The customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped.

Credit Issues:

The credits issued against the customer’s credit card account normally take up to three (3) business days to be processed. In addition, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of acceptance to credit the amount in the customer’s account. The cancellation of item(s) takes up to 1-2 business days. The refunds take 15-20 business days to get back to the source for different banks.

Company cancellation policy:

Non-receipt or No reply from the customer requested to fulfill the physical address or contact address requirement for more than 25 days would be treated/considered as a cancellation of the order and the amount paid by the customer will be forfeited. Fresh / New order has to place instead of canceled order. No refund will be made for the canceled order.

Product Disclaimer:

The details of the products and product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Adunooris are only approximate values and can vary slightly from product to product. There may be slight variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against what is shown on the website. This is due to the nature of, weather and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and capabilities of computer monitors.
